Tim Dunkley is a World Snooker qualified coach based in Southampton, Hampshire. Tim coaches mainly at Chandlers Ford Snooker Club, which is just off the M3 between Southampton and Winchester.

There, he helps club-owner Ray Cooper run the Saturday morning junior leagues and the Saturday afternoon Open Series. And he runs junior competitions on every weekday during every school holiday.

His rate for one-to-one coaching is £15 an hour for juniors and £20 an hour for adults. This includes the cost of the table (if the session is held at Chandlers Ford SC), written notes afterwards and a free ‘after sales’ service by e-mail for any queries or questions.

Tim, who has an enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) certificate, has coached men, women, boys and girls from the age of five to over 80 and he is prepared to travel.

As well as snooker coaching, Tim is also a widely published freelance writer.

He writes about snooker for the Hampshire Chronicle and he is press officer for Cuestars, which runs snooker tournaments across the South of England.
